Thrre should be hundreds of pictures like this in a few days. The rivers feeding Lake Powell went from about 50 % of normal to 80 % of normal yesterday. I believe we will see lots of waterfalls in Glen Canyon in the coming week. It looks like the monsoon is ramping up big time in the Colorado River watershed. The Green is way up and even the lowly San Raphael is pushing 1000 cfs. We're going to see some green on the lake elevation chart, possibly for several days. Keep those pics coming, folks. My houseboat launches on the 14 of September. Hoping for the cut to be open. Does anyone know if the BOR has plans for decreasing the outflow on Sept 1?

Hard to keep up with “official” release projections with all the changes going on. However, the USBR release projections linked on WW Home Page shows Sep releases of 469kaf, down slightly from 482kaf in Aug.
