That speed is impressive for that boat, and 30 is probably average cruise speed down there with a chop anyway, it sounds like the perfect setup to me. My TJ will do a little over 40 with the weight I have in it but mileage goes down pretty good after 30 mph but it’s nice to know you have some in reserve if you need it! That looks to be the perfect setup, nice job on the rehab!

I was seeing the same thing. MPG dropping to 2.2 above 30 mph and 1.9 at WOT
 
I forgot to add that I don’t have pictures of large stringers of fish because I was able to set up a table and fillet them while we were fishing and get the meat in the cooler right away. It’s nice having room to work and fish at the same time. The Garmin reactor 40 kicker is a game changer to allow me to multitask as well.

I am hoping to have a filet board that slides into my track system before next years trip!
