Early update. PB catfish from camp. 12.5 and 10.4

Yes, a friend and his kids joined us late last night. We all jumped into my boat and fished up a bunch this afternoon.

Wind was still a little rough up north. Caught a few fat stripers trolling but no walleye today! Good luck down South! Did run into Chovyboy in his new boat today. Nice set up.

Is it as pretty in person as the pictures?

Yes, we’ve caught several of the best crappie I’ve caught in years.

Yesterday was still windy, but today was perfect.

Info on the cats?? I have fish Lake Powell many many years and never caught catfish like that!

We cleaned and filleted our fish from camp and threw the carcasses off the back of the boat. I’m guessing they attracted several large catfish.
