Good morning everyone!
This is Dave with Rabbitbrush Repair & Storage here in Hanksville, UT. We have been offering discounted storage for 10 years now and just have something to say, if anyone is interested...
First thing I want to address is that we are still seeing boats passing thru and boats are still launching in Bullfrog. I have one customer just launch this past week, and he said he had a great time.
But, a dark side I have also seen this year is customers pulling their boats out of storage and not going to Powell. Instead, they are taking their boats home so they can go to local lakes.
Sadly, I am seeing people "give up" on Powell (on the North end) until conditions improve. And with the water level doing what it is, it is understandable.
So, I am offering services. I can transport boats (Not Houseboats) to any state in the lower 48 if you are thinking of leaving Powell. I am registered for Interstate transport with the USDOT and MC numbers required. CDL licensed and in full compliance with the FMCSA.
They must be on their own trailer!!! If needed, I can service trailer bearings and replace tires if needed for a safe transport. Will travel to Page for transport services also
I can also transport any camper. Bumper pull, 5th wheel an gooseneck if needed.
Again, I hate to see any boat leave Powell, but these conditions have many people doing just that.
