Round rocks in Crystal??

In the back of Crystal on the rock pile on the right hand side my son found lots of these round rocks. They are perfectly round sand stone rocks - they where mixed in with the larger rocks and boulders - all sizes. He said as they got a little larger, than the ones pictured, they would become more misshapen. Do you know what they are? What would make them, besides an ancient game of marbles played by the early Anasazi.

Someone told me this once after we found some.

No - actually firm, hard sand stone rock that looks to have been worn down. I am thinking water erosion - like pebbles in a river. They where found at the end of a big cove / river cut on the rock pile at one end of the cove.

I'm pretty sure those are concretions. They are all over the place in the Page area and are found in several locations around the lake. Now that you have seen them, expect to notice alot more.
