Wayne,
In the back of Crystal on the rock pile on the right hand side my son found lots of these round rocks. They are perfectly round sand stone rocks - they where mixed in with the larger rocks and boulders - all sizes. He said as they got a little larger, than the ones pictured, they would become more misshapen. Do you know what they are? What would make them, besides an ancient game of marbles played by the early Anasazi.

concretions?
A concretion is a hard, compact mass of matter formed by the precipitation of mineral cement within the spaces between particles, and is found in sedimentary rock or soil.Concretions are often ovoid or spherical in shape, although irregular shapes also occur.
Someone told me this once after we found some.

I'm pretty sure those are concretions. They are all over the place in the Page area and are found in several locations around the lake. Now that you have seen them, expect to notice alot more.
