Took a break yesterday after 4 straight fishing days with early starts...we needed a lazy day, but hit it first thing this morning.
Stripers were there in 45-60 feet of water all the way at the back of main rock creek. So, we went to our trusty deep thundersticks and immediately began hooking up. We got hook ups about every 5-10 minutes, including some doubles. Tons of fun!!!
Ended up with 36 stripers (2-4 pounds) and 1 walleye. Also stopped at Gregory Butte on the way back in and the smallie catch seems to be picking up.
