Rainbow Bridge Memorial Weekend

Hi All,

We are coming down next week and are planning on going to Rainbow Bridge on Thursday. It is a holiday weekend so are we crazy?? How bad do the crowds get on memorial weekend? I know it is like the first summer weekend so everyone who is Powell crazy (myself included) will be going down. Would it be better if we waited till our August trip to see Rainbow Bridge?

August is a tough time to go to Rainbow Bridge - simply because it is so hot. If the weather is good Memorial Day weekend (no "W"), I would suggest going then.
