Real tough . I only caught one stopper today trolling in bullfrog. And already ate him, yumComplete fluke. End of the day and we were trolling out of Hansen. Middle of the canyon with a jerk bait.
Dad caught a bigger one the day before working a rock pile. And I saw one following my jerk bait up Moki.
One other fish on in the last two days.
Fishing has been tough.

Well, the fishing wasn't what I had hoped, but I enjoyed our trip. Only four fish found their way into the boat all weekend. But, as always, the scenery was spectacular.
I will add to those that mentioned to be extra aware of whales just below the surface. Halls Creek is really tricky. We found the same when we went further north. The sun is still too low on the horizon, and you can't rely on a change of water color alerting you danger just below the surface.
