I donated to Friends of Lake Powell and got this picture 10 years or so ago. Ezra had them printed from somewhere? It still hangs on my wall to this day!

that is certianly close to full , the bullfrog to halls cut appears to be open , and look how far the SJ extends up .

And I would guess the Castle Rock cut was not even being contemplated yet. Looks like you can boat around the back side of it.

From what I am seeing, probably almost full pool. I'm seeing the Hall's Creek Cutoff under water and the minimum safe on it is 3670.
