Hoping we don't get a sneaky dry spell in Feb or peter out in April.
Next 10-15 days look pretty dry.
I'm going to think positive and predict a big March/April finish to the winter
70 foot rise from the low of 3521 in April, so I say 3591 by end of July

I hope this year is another 2011. Colorado snowpack is great so far!

Who is coming up with the booty goods for the winner??

Since I am a scrounge when I go on hikes, I pick up trash etc, I got a pile of low water gear that I have picked up in the past 2 years....

Who knows ya might get ??That anchor you lost 20 years ago???,,,, Have at least 5.
Several good coolers various sizes.
I got a bunch of kid's toys. as well as a set of kid's water skis.
Some not so bad beach towels? Any market? Wierdo fishing lures?
(Alligators really???? what in the world are you fishermen trying to catch !?)

Some real good 3/4 heavy anchor rope? Suppose it is 100 ft maybe Someone must have lost it in the first trip.?

This all-Trash Tracker top shelf quality stuff good to go back to work .....
. (You don't get the 98% that went to the dumpster)
Who wants to arrange the lucky guess??

2011 was a crazy year, Jackson Lake did not thaw before Memorial day! While it was a great year for the water, it was brutal snowing all through April and May...Multiple vacations to warm destinations and we were still going stir crazy by the end of June when it actually stopped snowing!!!

As I remember that year the snowpack wasn't anything great until February and then it never let up until mid-June....

I remember that year! I booked a Cataract Canyon river trip for that July, thinking that the runoff would be tapering off by then. Not so! The river surged up to 60,00cfs! The NPS closed the river to all private boaters and only let commercial trips through. They positioned patrol boats at the bottom of the Big Drops. They were HUGE! It was the ride of a lifetime!
