So much depends on BOR’s response to the big inflow, and that is an unpredictable wild card at this point… on the one hand, there’s going to be an effort and pressure to balance the lakes… on the other hand, Mead right now has 2 maf more in storage than Powell, and once water is released to Mead, it doesn’t come back…

We’ll see!
