Organizing new group to purchase Houseboat

Hey Y'all,

Our family is in the market for a boat upgrade and we're considering buying with a very small group of other owners who are looking for something similar, 4-6 total. The idea is to organize, decide on what we want as far as size and age, condition (might entail a remodel) and budget. With that, form the LLC, escrow the funds (we don't really know and trust each other, yet) and buy when the right one pops up.

I realize this is public internet domain as well but I feel a lot better with Wordlings here than putting this on FB etc. Curious if there's any interest- Feel free to PM me if so. We'll have to have a WW flag to fly below Old Glory.

We're open actually. Colorado-based so love a shorter drive but have always been out of Wahweap to date.
