Love this set up! the two support poles is probably necessary for the height? As mentioned earlier, I could probably just use a 4' piece of piping and just stand, that's probably the best route.

Love the Magma board! Also love the one @svivian made. I got the Magma board after seeing yours @Dworwood Its gonna be good!

Also love all the like mindedness on this board, some awesome ideas and same thoughts, all about maximizing our favorite place and experience.

BTW @POk3s We also have a Wyoming sticker on our collage under the glove box. Andrew went there for a year out of high school, Peter did a year in Wyoming as an intern in PT school, plus our favorite Chinese Restaurant is in Mountain View (Zheng Zhong's), always a stop when we go up into the Uinta's.
I went with PVC pipe with wood dowels and Foam spray to make them ridged and float. I am 6' 3" so i wanted something tall, with that said its probably not as stable as your setup.

A side not for anyone making one of these.... dont cut the drain slots in the back as big as i did. Perfect size for fillets to slide through :ROFLMAO:🤦‍♂️

Looks awesome Dungee. I have a magma board too, spendy but awesome! I stick a bit of pvc with a bolt thorough it in my downrigger to give me extra height.

I rigged a hose of my front live well for a wash down.

If you are going to fish in the winter you need something to clean fish. Sometimes I’ll clean fish while somebody is driving back to the dock.

That is a great design, the only problem with me is I don't always have my down riggers! But what an idea. I used existing pole holders for my mounts. My fillet board and wash down hose are probably the best two things on my boat that I would hate to live without! Didn't know what I didn't know until I got them. Never had a wash down before and and now would hate to be without it, it works for a shower and great for water fights with the young ens as well! Thanks for all the input, lots of great new ideas out there that I wish I had when I did mine.

I also decided to make my own board because they are darn expensive. I went with something taller on my design
That looks great. Where did you source your board for that? The raw material doesn’t look all that cheap either. Just with a quick internet search.
