Outside, just curious, why does it matter if it's previously been or is currently being enforced at LP?

Reminds me of drone and firework use at Powell. Catch me if you can attitude...

Last few years at Halls was like camping near a road. Steady stream of surf boats with built-in headlights that create an annoying glare from a mile away. Seems like common practice now.

I’ve noticed this too. The rangers always disappear right before dark and I’ve never seen a boat stopped for using headlights.
