Mysterious Dock at Wahweap

When I was at Powell last month, when driving through the wakeless section, there is a strange dock floating at the edge of the enclosed Wahweap marina. The dock kind of looks like a bunch of barstools with a cover over it. But there is a sign saying not to get on the dock. Does anybody know what that dock is for? (I wish I took a picture.)

There was one in Halls too, I think its the top deck of a houseboat that wont fit under the covered slip.

Interesting. But I don't think there are any covered slips in Wahweap?

It looks like the "fishing" part of the pier with cleaning stations, etc. that used to be over by where the ramp first came down from the shore. I suspect they had to move it somewhere when they reconfigured the docks with changing water levels.
