Wrist Bands worked for my friend and his wife also on a sailboat at the BVI.
Good advice.You need to watch the horizon line as you are leaving port for at least a couple of hours. Then anytime you start feeling queasy get back out on deck and focus back on the horizon line. Once your inner ears settle in you will be fine. It should only take a couple of hours. I have five deployments on a flat bottom boat. Watching the horizon line is the only thing that I have seen that consistently works. It works for my wife as well when I have taken her out on three day tuna boats. Post pics please.
