I would guess any limited hrs would be for boat inspections before leaving the lake. There were reports of people fishing bouy #3 until after dark.

Confirmed you can get down the Wahweap ramp 24 hours. Inspections are another matter. Not sure what time they arrive in the morning but had an attendant waiting at the top of the ramp for us at about 20:05 last Monday night. He left right after inspecting us and we were last ones on the ramp at the time.
