Looks like they have Powell topping out somewhere about 3461, with an inflow of almost 13M acre feet.
Also, shows likely release next year of almost 11M to Mead

. With 10 of the last 15 years below average, to extreme drought, it is going to take a bunch of wet years to get the Powell and Mead full again......
