March forecast: 3641 feet

Today's USBR 24 month study projects Powell to peak at 3641 in July. As I recall, that is a couple of feet lower than last month's forecast. Almost a 50 foot increase from this year's minimum we'll see pretty soon.

This dry, warm weather is not helping. Looks like a bit cooler, wetter weather in the long range forecast (at least up here in Wyoming).
