Only had a day to fish so took the wife out in the Tracker and B-lined to Navajo. Having a tackle shop is cool but it sure takes away from fishing. Saw a one-fish boil at the entrance and threw a Megabass One-ten at it an landed a small striper. Nada after that other than a bluegill on dropshot so went deep into Navajo and didn't see a fish until we got deep. Ventred back into a cove and wife got short bit by a striper. Saw a school of about 5 that looked pretty healthy but lost them. I scraped together a few smallies on strobe minnows and the one-ten. Got deep into the cove and saw the big school on live scope. Caught a bunch of crappie. They seemed to love the gulp minnows. Headed back to State Line but stopped at the damn for a few minutes. Didn't mark any fish there. No pics today. None of the fish were really picture worthy. Water was 58 in the channel and 61 back in the canyon. Good luck.
