Lone Rock Beach, is it still crazy busy?

Woo hoo! I don’t pay enough attention I guess, thought I saw a post a while ago saying they had to go around and it took almost an hour to warm creek. My new old boat can take me up lake in a reasonable hurry, I’d really like to learn some of the lower half.

7 hour drive for me to Halls’s, not worth it for less than 4 days. I wont have that again till next year anyway. Is the cut still open? I thought it would be mud by now. I’ll be there in a couple of weeks anyway.

Yeah, about the same for me to Halls. There was 15ft in the cut on 10-2. Should be passable till January or February I would think. Thinking I will probably be taking that long lonesome ride to Halls next May on my birthday trip.
