Antelope Point used to be such a great place! But common sense and courtesy are in short supply now. At Antelope Point Marina we were told that Polaris Rangers weren't allowed on the docks because they were too wide. Now, Rangers abound, and yes ... they ARE too wide!
We were told that, in order to park in front of our houseboat, we'd need to pay to extend our slip. We did — to the tune of $6,000. Other owners have not done so, and just park their carts in the middle of the dock, blocking traffic. For days at a time! New management at the point does NOTHING. Worse still, APEX and cleaning crews park in front of our houseboat to provide service elsewhere. It's getting really old.
