Wanted to test out a boat fix and ran to the tapestry wall wide open at daylight. Found a bunch of fish chasing shad in the back of Knowles yesterday morning, beached the boat and walked the sand and had a good time with a simple white twister tail. Wanted to get into the back of Forgotten, but didn't want to bother anyone. Caught stripers trolling in Moki but didn't see any schools (Rapala DT 16, quickly becoming a favorite). May have been one offs. Talked to a gentleman while we were staging at the ramp who said they got into two big schools in the back of Halls. If that gentleman is reading this, I am still jealous of his flats boat. He said they looked healthier in Halls than up north. The stripers in Knowles looked hungry. The smallmouth looked really healthy.
