Lol it was great to put a face with a name Squirrel! What a fantastic trip this turned into! I've been busy with getting caught up at home and at work but look for a post with pictures in the next day or two.! Fun trip with lots of fish caught along the way.

One of my dads greatest memories was in 1969 he took a group of young men to Powell and kayaked from bullfrog to rainbow bridge an back. They spent months making their own canvas covered kayaks. He said when they launched they couldn’t keep a strait line If their life depended on it ! Somehow the park service found out what they were doing and watched them all the way down to rainbow. Even went as far as dangling rope and when they arrive they gave all the boys all the icecream and ice they could eat ! On the way back just passed a rincon the boys after paddling their kayak for that many miles could line them up side-by-side or front to back with inches between them.
