Inserting or attaching photos

It has been asked and answered many times, but I could not find a thread with the topic.
I have failed several times recently trying to add a photo, but file is too large. I have resized photos, reduced pixel density and reduced size. No bueno. Occasionally I’ve had success with iphone photos. Never seems to work for screen shots on my iPad.
Help please.

I remember someone saying to email it to yourself then try to re-post it. I too fight with the re-sizing issue. Sq

Squirrel is correct, email it to yourself on your phone and during that process you will have the option to resize the photo. I don’t know the maximum size that’s allowed, but it’s actually pretty small so you have to choose something like of the four choices the second smallest.

Then open that email and save that photo into your photo stream with all your other pictures then you can post that one
