Is anyone drowning anchovies with success tied up to the barricades at the dam?

I have seen an occasional boat fishing there but have no reports that any fish were caught on bait near the dam.

I can attest to that! Had my worst trip success ever on Tuesday. That means its going to get better on my next trip.
