Ugh. bummer on the generator. We are already committed to teh journey unfortunately. I think I'll pack some tools (i'm good with motors and generators/electronics).
As for the shower, I know that it's very nice and warm there now, but some folks in our group are very interested in the hot water question on the rear deck.
