Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated - Houseboat Camp Spot

Looking for a sheltered camp spot for the houseboat - south end of the lake, out of the wind/weather. Launching from Wahweap end of June. Water levels are low this year, so unsure what to expect at the usual spots. Any current insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hard to say. Even if someone could identify a particular spot, it's highly unlikely it would be available when you arrive. That's part of the fun of houseboating; hunting and finding a good spot that's open.

Depending on how far you want to go up lake, there should spots in just about any bay/canyon. Some canyons (such as Navajo) don't have many beaches though. Padre, Last Chance, Friendship, Rock Creek, etc all have lots of potential sites. And even the little side areas of the channel can provide good finds.

Every time we go out on the lake, I think we are all looking for the little spot of paradise.
