The underlying Chapter 7 Bankruptcy case was filed by Griswold, not Offshore. The adversary proceeding is an attempt to collect from Offshore.
Friday, September 20, 2019, the documents say:
"Complaint by Greg Griswold against Offshore Marina"
and
"service to be made upon Defendant Offshore Marina, Inc"

So, I think you are right Dan.

I find this REALLY interesting because one of my storage customers is a "Greg Griswold". I know he has several houseboats there at Offshore, but that is about it. But I highly doubt Offshore would have to file for bankruptcy over a few old fixer-upper houseboats on their lot.

Unless Griswald got charged for boats that were not there and just tryin to get the money back. ???

I checked the docket report. Griswold filed a Chapter 7. Subsequent to that, Griswold, or more likely, the Chapter 7 trustee, filed the adversary proceeding, on behalf of the bankruptcy estate, against Offshore. When back in the office Monday, I can log in and look at the actual complaint. Had creditor meetings this morning and didn't have time to look at the actual documents.

I'm far from being an attorney or lawyer so I'm out of this conversation. I just turn wrenches. haha
But I will be following to find out what is going on with the 4 "Griswold boats" that are here.
