I’m here right now and it’s freaking amazing ! Fishing main channel benches are still on fire. Trolling Lucky Craft pointers in 10-40’… even with the moon and foot rise in water these stripers are so active and big ! And bonus…. 5 walleye yesterday without even targeting them. Water clarity is still just fine easily 5’ visibility. But then again it could change at any time. Have fun
As of yesterday loops A & B were open with quite a few spots available.
Lots of boats coming in as we were leaving though...
In the campground right now. Mostly empty. Loops a and b are open.

Campgrounds emptied out today but I didn’t take note yesterday but it was much busier yesterday. The lake went MUDDY overnight. Fishing was tough today…

Nope Saturday was amazing but mud has arrived and the main channel is pretty much non fish able at least for me. Can find clear water in the middle to back of canyons but stripers are lacking there. Either way it’s still amazing here !

Another amazing trip to Powell and the fishing was dismal at best. Stayed the week in the campground and met K&M there and KY Kevin at the decon station. As usual Kevin killed the crappie and we couldn't catch a cold.
