Found these stripers today in about 70' of water about 100 yards past the buoy you described. Could only get one fish per school but nice fish. Thanks for the tip. Also found walleye about half way back in Bullfrog. Will do a better post tomorrow.
 
We found them on are last day out . I was trolling 25ft deep diving cranks over them . there is a lot of structure around that buoyhttps://photos.app.goo.gl/WMhUcSTtGrLQ4jnr6, goes from 70ft to 25ft real fast.This walleye is from the back of Bullfrog

We arrived Friday around noon and headed north intending to go into white, when we got close the lake was only 5 to 6 ft deep. I weaved back and forth across the lake looking for the channel but did not find it so we went back down to where the depth dropped off to around 30 ft+ and started trolling pointers. We picked up a couple of stripers fairly quickly. Parked over what we thought were stripers 55 feet deep and tried spooning for about 20 minutes with no luck. Didn’t see any big schools of fish anywhere up there ( except Shad balls) so we went back to trolling and picked up walleye and stripers before we needed to head back to bullfrog. I didn’t really want to do that in the dark this time. I did catch a LM on a tiger Shad rap near shore and turned it loose. We lost several fish at the boat and had one break the line but we ended up with a big bag of fillets to take home. I don’t think we quite made Pee cove but were very close to it. The walleyes came at the end of our day or I would have tried my new secret weapon that PBH gave us all but there wasn’t time Friday evening so we filleted our fish and headed South. The trip up and back was on glass and we could make good time and to top it off there were very few boats going up and coming back. We talked to a Chris who had camped in White and said he had fished there for parts of a couple of days With no bites, he fished near us and was catching fish too. Our plan was to hit it early this morning before the wind started and try where Dallas massie had told us about in BF bay on this forum. Unfortunately the wind picked up last night and by 5 am was strong enough to cancel the fishing tournament and to keep us off the lake this morning. I knew that might happen but with rooms already booked and circumstances what they were we went and had a fantastic trip with few boats, smooth water and enough fish to make us happy. We are home before the storm hit hard and I didn’t have to drive in snow so it was a short but really good couple of days with good company and the best scenery on earth. Again thanks to those of you who threw out information to help us before we left.
 
Sorry, it was RickSifish was who gave us his secret weapon for walleye, I gave the credit to PBH In the above post. My bad memory at it again. They both have been good to give information and I got it wrong.
