I see Bullfrog is 5+ feet away from being out of service. I made reservations at Defiance House Lodge May 4, 5, 6. I have a feeling I won't be able to launch there. I've only used Wahweap but wanted to see what the north side was all about. I may need a change of plans. Halls Crossing is deep enough but from what I've read on here lodging isn't available. Is the ramp primitive or concrete? TIA.

Jay, when the Bullfrog main ramp was high and dry the Executive Services ramp was usable BUT it was Very Busy and close in parking was non existent, sometimes a mile or more away. If you’re lucky you can get a shuttle but sometimes that wait could be an hour. Sq

Yikes!! Since we are going in the middle of the week I'm hoping we won't have to fight that battle. I assume the Executive Services ramp has some type of user's fee?

No fee. When you and I will be there, the ferry ramp and all of the houseboats will also be using that one ramp for launching. With the ferry ramp there only 1 courtesy dock can be there. It will be crazy busy. I think we hi jacked this thread. Sq

Did you physically see the ramp or is there a website where you can check the ramp status? It's a long drive from CO to not be able to launch at Bullfrog! Thanks.
