May 3 to May 10 heard a lot of stories about smelling like a toilet and other bad publicity. I am here to say Powell is as beautiful and majestic a place as it ever was. Went out and really struggled finding striper schools, not to worry smallmouth bite was off the hook. Spent a lot of time in Padre and Last Chance to no avail. FInally found a nice striper school below Castle Rock in Wahweap, very cooperative from 4.00 am to 5.30 am good fishing to all. Rich Gonzalez
