Very quick trip.
Left my place in Riverton early the 28th.
Took a buddy who had not been down there for a couple decades.
The one lane ramp at BF is going to be a rough gig as the lake gets busier.
Went up to GHB and grabbed an awesome little beach with safe area for my boat.
Visited Ticaboo but did not fish it.
Jumped over to Red so we could take some pics of Castle Butte, fished Red real quick and caught a few LM, a Cat, and I believe a Striper.
Fished reminder of time in canyon downstream of restroom and had an absolute riot.
We bb’ed, threw jigs, but my favorite was drop shotting.
We caught 8 of the 9 slam game species everywhere we went.
We could not turn up a single Bullhead.
All other fishing was an 11/10!
Left early on 5/1 without fishing so we could be ahead of the Friday traffic.
Loved the dip tank for decon.
Absolutely an amazing couple days on the most beautiful reservoir on the Earth.
