Getting on the water after dark

Im thinking about heading to the lake in a couple weeks for a day fishing trip. Gonna head up after work on fri night. Is there anyway to get on the water after dark? I wont be getting there till 11 or so. Is the entrance to the park open that late to buy my pass? Or do i have to wait till the open in the morning. Looking to launch out of antelope l. Thanks

Wahweap has automated fee machines/kiosks where you can pay. I don’t know about Bullfrog since I haven’t been there in years.

Yes -- there is an automated machine at the gate for entry to the Bullfrog area

Bullfrog has a automated machine as well. We typically get to bullfrog late at night and just sleep in the emptiest parking lot we see. Then hit the ramp first thing in the morning. Throw a cot or air-mattress in the truck and you will be good to go.

And watch out for the cow's, driving down at night, there is a lot of black one's, and they are hard to see.
