Greetings to each of you. I first fished Lake Powell in 1975 when the Army brought me from Indiana and put me at Dugway Proving Grounds in Utah. I've been lucky enough to fish it on and off while having a 40 year optometry practice in West Jordan, Utah. In 2014 we retired to Payson, Az. and bought a boat after being without for many years. Although I mostly fish the Salt River chain in Arizona, I try to make it to Powell spring and fall. I have loved watching this website and the wonderful comradery you all share. Tonight the Dodgers are whipping the Dbacks and I couldn't watch any longer, so I decided to join in the discussion. I consider it a privilege to become part of your group. As to which is my favorite lake, I told Betty to spread my ashes at Lake Powell.
