I've heard of people having trouble towing them. We never did. On my Malibu, it actually says on the owners manual to tow tubes from the tower. But I hate towing tubes, and will only do it when we have guests that don't usually come on the boat, and don't know how to surf, wakeboard, or ski.

X2.

In my 25 years of boating, tubing has led to more cracked heads and injuries (nothing real serious) than everything else we do combined. I hate pulling tubes. It’s only fun for the riders when it’s right on the edge of disaster and sometimes it’s too easy to cross that line.

Surfs up! on the North end.

Never did catch a lizard but had allot of fun trying

I remember one time YEARS ago my sister took her golden to Powell. That dog hunted lizards all day long, even from the water. It was loads of fun when she would chase them into the tammies, and get those terrible green sticky leaves all over her long hair.......

My dog(a chocolate lab/australian shepherd) would dive under the water all day long going down at least 10 feet sometimes deeper. Sometimes I'd be under the water about 8 feet and he would swim by me and give me a smile. He would walk on the bottom which would remind me of those african shots of hippo's walking on the bottom like they were on the moon, all graceful and nearly neutral buoyant. Boy, I miss him. Great times on Powell.

The last Northern Pike I have heard about was years ago near the Bullfrog Ferry Ramp. They are in there, but are like hens teeth. Sq
