Going to play with it this year just to see if anything changes.
Years ago I worked with some folks from NOAA and they said they found that certain "frequencies and vibrations" would bring in fish in large numbers in the ocean. They said some of their work showed it worked very well at times. Maybe this might bring a school up or bring on a bite mode if they were reluctant.
