Doepke boys from Phoenix and friends fished the Kane Creek area from 9/30 - 10/6. The entire back area is full of shad and the stripers would attack at different times of the day. Early morning/first light was the most predictable time for the boils. We like using surface lures but switched to swim baits (Kitech little dippers) because its so much easier dealing with a single hook to unhook.
