Shot in the dark here...
Is there anyone traveling from these areas in the next 6 days that's headed to western Colorado that could and would be willing to pick up 4 light truck tires (bigger) and meet me somewhere?

I know it's a huge burden and pain... Just a shot.
I would kick in gas money and some deer steaks for your time an effort.
