Colorado River Drainage

Wyoming is well above average for snow in most basins. The pattern looks pretty active, but unfortunately most of the storms are tracking to the north (Snake and Yellowstone Drainages). The green river basin is looking good good for snowpack, but it is weird, there is hardly any in the valleys, it is all up high.

That's what we saw this weekend, down in Southwest CO, there was moisture in the air, and just a sprinkle at lower elevations(7000 ft), but it should have turned to snow in the higher elevations. Our farmers really need some moisture at these lower elevations.
