Garrett engined small turbo props do the same thing (some Kingairs and all Aero Commaders and MU-2s).
100% RPM on the ground and flight. Just add more fuel as the props increase in pitch on takeoff. The RPM stays the same.

Sorry to add my 2 cents worth, but the above is inaccurate. I worked on and flew in Cessna 441s, Commander 690s and King Airs with the Garretts on them. All had a ground idle setting that was around 65 to 70%. They were still pretty noisy, but not like at 100%. The King Airs were the loudest, and way noisier than the King Airs with the Pratt & Whitney PT6 installed. Garretrs were a bit more fuel efficient, but MUCH noisier.
