The elimination of the major hydropower components of the proposed Lake Powell Pipeline means a new federal agency will review the project and determine if it is environmentally sound to move forward.

That is a lot of money for Utah taxpayers to come up with...to grow the St George area.

That project will never stay on budget and has a questionable goal to begin with. Shady....follow the money. I already am forced to buy water from one of the entities that is going to get fat from this project and they did a horrible job at our community putting the water in after condemning our water system. Michael Noel needs to be watched on this one.

The state will default and turn to the feds for bailing them out. What choice will they have.
