Bullfrog trip 03/28-03/29

Did a family trip and fished two days out of bullfrog while we stayed in the defiance house hotel. Saturday morning we trolled in Moki and got 7 small stripers using walleye assassins then a few smallies and crappie with Ned rigs and small jigs with night crawlers around trees and points in Moki. We stayed there all day and did some hiking and lizard catching and spearfishing.

Sunday we took the kids to the back of forgotten canyon and hiked to the defiance house ruins. The hike was longer than expected. I remember it being pretty quick and easy but it was about 10 years ago the last time I did it. I’ll post a screenshot of where we left the boat and hiked it was just under 2 miles each way. It was worth it for the kids to see it. Saw some giant lizards and went and found the dinasuar footprints on tapestry wall. We also caught and spearfished a good amount of crappie along the way.

I was happy to find the fish cleaning station and use it for the first time. Met some cool people there that really knew how to get the walleye who took the pics for us. Let me know who you are on wayneswords if you see this lol.

I take it launching on the North Ramp was easy peasy still?
