Saw a few quick boils. Did not get close enough quick enough for topwater or spoon.. But using bait and jigs caught a few underneath. Average perhaps 2 pounds. Couple near 4. And several catfish too. In Bay.
Of interest: houseboat docks are no longer attached to shore. But are holding some boats still. In parking lot perhaps well over a hundred vehicles with empty boat trailers of people out enjoying the Lake. Overfull parking available but a fair walk. Weather was hot and windy. Old main ramp closed to launching motorized boats, but open to other craft. Looked like work on new ramp paused? Water is up into working area a little it appeared.
