If you are looking for the best walleye fishing then Bullfrog is the best marina to rent your houseboat.

If walleye are the primary reason for the trip then Bullfrog is the place for you. You would loose2- 3 days traveling from Wahweap and back. There would be increased pressure to find a beach before dark as well. The good news is you will be able to rent the houseboat for the off season rate which for that boat is about $2000 for 7 days. For 5 people you can figure around $100 a day. That includes spending the night before the trip on the houseboat. Sometimes the price of the pre-board can be negotiated to 1/2 price ($200). You can get all the paperwork done and recieve your instruction on the afternoon of the preboard which will enable you to leave at daybreak. If you show up the morning of your trip I would bet you wouldnt leave the dock till 9:00 AM.. Having the boat loaded the night before the trip is a huge advantage. Have fun and be safe.
