battery advice for downriggers

I just bought a new Lund 2075 Fisherman and am going to install 4 Cannon Mag 10 downriggers. The Cannon manuels suggest a seperate battery for power source. I am getting conflicting advise about Lithium vrs. Lead batteries. My original thought was to hook all four to a seperate Lithium battery and just charge it when needed. I was worried about hooking all four to my Buzz Bar that is powered by the motor cranking battery. With all the vast knowledge on this site I could not think of a better place to ask. How do you rig this many downriggers and what are your thoughts ? Thanks

I have two cannon down riggers on my boat. I have them tied into my 9.9 Honda kicker motor, which is usually in use when I’m down rigging. I was told the kicker is trickle charging that battery while in use. I have never ran out of power.

I had 2 Cannon Mag 10 on my Lund 1950 Tyee Magum and never had an issue with my batteries they were hooked up to my start battery. I always carry a start box in my boat. one caution the top rails on my boat were thin medal I had to put a 2X6 under the rails to support the downrigger Dennis J from Junction.
