Are dogs allowed on the water and beach camping?

Friends of ours had 3 little dogs on their houseboat. They were very well behaved and they had their own stroller to ride to the relief station on the dock to spare their feet from being burnt up by the hot dock.
On the other hand, not so well behaved dogs can be found at Lone Rock Beach where everyone is supposed to have their dog on a leash. Dog will fight sometimes so it is a worry. The vet in town is very nice and says they see red ant bites mostly.
Some of the nicest and well behaved dogs are on the docks.

If there is a bad dog it usually has a bad owner. I like dogs but owners not so much. Too many believe their dog can do no wrong and too many let them run free and do not pick up after them. Especially at Lone Rock. Ever take a walk and have a dog come after you because you got too close to it's RV? I have faced down several.

I usually have to run one or two off every time we stay there. That being said my dog is usually barking at them inviting come over 😕 . I try to keep him inside when others are walking their dogs, but in the mornings everybody needs to take care of business. Personally I scoop up and drop it in the vault toilets when I'm taking Care of business.
