Hello Wayne my name is Chris Crosby. I caught another tagged walleye over the weekend (too bad the contest is over) but hopefully it helps with your research. The tag # is 2161 and I caught it off the main channel wall opposite to the entrance of Red Canyon.
We caught approximately 50 walleye on this trip. The technique used is the same as on the last 2 tagged fish I caught last year. Throwing gulp minnows and keitech swimbaits on 3/16 oz. Jigheads up toward the main lake points and SLOWLY working them back staying close to the bottom. Most fish were in 10-15 depth range. Here is a pic of the tagged fish (they are very healthy this year). Thanks for all the effort you put into the lake it is appreciated!!
