Here are couple of photos from my trip up to the lake with Josh Wilson last week. We fished mid lake and had excellent success on all species throwing 1/4 ounce tubes and small swimbaits. Anywhere we found water temps over 60 degrees the fishing was absolutely on fire. The warmest water we found was around 63.
The good news is that if you aren't a morning person, the fishing improves throughout the day as the water warms up. Josh and I didn't even start fishing until after noon and caught more fish than we could count! We are headed back up to the pond today! Will have a new report in a couple of days!
